Research techniques
In order to find and attract key candidates with the capacity to develop your technologies and teams, we form research groups and networks.
Some of our firm’s consultants are from the competitive intelligence sector and our expertise keeps pace with the development of search methods and the digital sphere as a whole.
Our candidates come from three sources:
- Networks of contacts within our sectors that enable us to find, with increasing reliability, operational experts and managers recognised within their professional field. This is our preferred channel in terms of quality and time scale. Specialisation in particular sectors is a huge asset.
- Our specialised database, which is targeted, accurate and constantly updated.
- The internet, which provides first-level solutions (social networks, blogs, etc.), though these require refinement and maturation. Its topology is constantly changing, and so are its tools. We join networks of experts and identify and follow the key players.
To ensure research is not done in isolation, we prioritise teamwork within the firm. Information is shared and our consultants interact with one another. This team mentality sustains and motivates us.
Regular reporting to our clients enables us to adapt a search quickly to the latest market data.
