CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility

Crédey & Associés signed the French Equal Opportunities Commission agreement in 2007 to combat all forms of discrimination both within the companies that are its customers and with the candidates it interviews and its own employees.

Crédey & Associés promotes equal opportunities and the fair recognition of skills in accordance with the fundamental rights of everyone.

Crédey & Associés promotes the wellbeing and success of its employees. Every year, the training budget is used to develop the skills of all our employees in line with changes in our business sector.

Listening, autonomy, sharing information and teamwork are core principles of our organisation.

Since 1998, Crédey & Associés has complied with the charter of ethics of Syntec, the French recruitment consultants association.

Since 1999, Crédey & Associés has been a donor to E.M.A. Enfance Malheureuse, a charity for children hospitalised for long periods at Robert Debré children’s hospital (75019 Paris). E.M.A. supports disabled, sick and vulnerable children by giving them moral, psychological and material assistance.

Since 2015, Crédey & Associés has been a donor to French charity Fondation Motrice Recherche sur la paralysie cérébrale. Fondation Motrice encourages and supports research and innovation in relation to cerebral palsy in its widest sense and works for better quality of care, the spread of best practices and the development of knowledge in this field.

For several years we have chosen to pay our apprenticeship tax to the French institute for deaf children, INJS Institut National des Jeunes Sourds (75005 Paris) and to the sports college Lycée Général et Technologique Privé Racing 92 (92350 Le Plessis Robinson).

Crédey & Associés maintains privileged ties with the networks of the grandes écoles and alumni associations, particularly for its internal recruitment.
